Shipping & Returns
SHIPPING POLICY
We exclusively ship using USPS Priority Mail. Orders are processed immediately upon submission and fulfilled in 1-5 business days.
Delivery times are based on orders placed between Monday and Friday. Oliver Organics offers standard shipping Monday through Saturday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
For wholesale orders, contact oliverorganicsms@gmail.com for information on specialized shipping and delivery. Oliver Organics does not offer international shipping at this time.

PLEASE NOTE:
- Orders are usually made, packed, and ready to ship 3-5 business days after the order is placed
- Bar soaps require 4 weeks to cure after production
- Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to update once you receive a tracking number
- Taxes vary by region of destination and will be determined during checkout
- Shipping, taxes, and applicable fees are non-refundable for undeliverable or refused shipments

Return & Exchange Policy
Once your package has shipped, your order cannot be cancelled or returned for a refund. If you change your mind about your purchase, you have 24 hours to email oliverorganicsms@gmail.com to cancel your order for a full refund. After this 24 hour period, only store credit is granted. Include "Refund" in the subject line.

We only offer exchanges in certain circumstances. If your are dissatisfied with a product, please contact us at oliverorganicsms@gmail.com and include "Exchange" in the subject line. Our goal is Create, Invent, Experiment and leave you with a quality product.
